An accomplished and renowned Italian Chef. He has over 30 years experience in the culinary arts and has worked for respected hotels like The Hilton, Sheraton, The Manila Peninsula and Shangri-La to name a few.

In 2002, he decided to venture on his own, and along with his wife Rachel, put up their own restaurant business, GIUSEPPE Pizzeria and Sicilian Roast, has been featured in many magazines and newspapers and has garnered many glowing reviews from critics.
